Chaos at AIPAC: IfNotNow blocks entrances, JDL violence, protests continue anyway

On the 26th of march, the progressive Jewish organization IfNotNow charged the doors of the Washington Convention Center and locked down to blockade both entrances to AIPAC's annual convention. The blockades did not last all day, but the protests did, even after JDL counterprotesters assaulted some of the activists on the scene. Both Jewish and Palestinan protesters stayed put to oppose AIPAC essentially the entire day.

Hundreds rally at the White House demanding resignation of Atty General Jeff Sessions

On the 2nd of march, hundreds gathered at the White House to demand that Trump's Atty General Jeff Sessions resign rather than merely recuse himself from the investigation of the Trump campaign's ties to Vladimar Putin and Russian intelligence agencies. There are many other issues with Session, notably his past as a Ku Klux Klan sympathiser and being passed over for positions in the past due to his racism.

Jewish group protests Trump, Bibi, and growing fascist menace

On the 15th of February, the progressive Jewish group IfNotNow DC protested at Trump Hotel against both the occupation of Palestine and the growing fascist and racist menace of Donald Trump. At almost the same time American Muslims for Palestine held a similar protest at the White House. Shortly after dark IfNotNow DC marched to the White House to join the other protest on essentially the same issues. At one point they held and blocked 15th st by the Penn Ave entrance to the White House area.
