Immigrant women march from the Supreme Court to the White House for deportation relief
On Friday, September 16th, We Belong Together marched from the Supreme Court to the White House, protesting the ongoing blocking of any relief that would have been provided to some families through DAPA (Deferred Action for Parents of Americans) and DACA+ Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. This was one year after 100 women from across the US marched from a detention center in Pennsylvania to McPherson Square durihg the Pope's visit to DC.
